I have everything up-to-date. My device is current. I have tried all the fixes recommended. I also have super strong Wi-Fi and a signal extender. Nothing is helping
It's interesting to me that it is mostly the Ambassadors that do not have the problem. Also which is it? There is no problem or you are investigating the problem that thousands are having? Can't have it both ways.
It's just mean to tell people to try these fixes. It is not the slow connectivity and if your fixes worked we would not still be commenting. There is no way you are working on this bug or you would have it fixed.
Don't bother. Hundreds of us have tried this fix. The problem is not with us or our devices, it is the game. Stop trying to distract us with the same old solutions and just fix the issue. It has been many months with no connection. If it was our device or wifi why would all other games work? I've tried clearing the cache…
Dear QueenB: You do have to consider there are many players that do not know about this type of comment page at all and I bet some people just choose not to play and never think about it again. There really is a problem with the game and connectivity. I did try all the suggestions you made. Nothing works.
It is a problem for many, although King has not really acknowledged this. It is not your wi-fi. I have been having trouble for about a month, others have been having the problem for much longer.

I am also getting the same connection error with Candy Crush Soda, but connect fine with other King games. I don’t think the problem is with the user, I think the problem is with the game. Help!
