Did you try clearing your cache on your device to see if that helps? Also, make sure the game is updated to the latest version. I will let them know about this now.…

I know it’s not a fix to the issue, but I’ve found that if I lose a helmet, I just go to level one and play it several times until it gets back to the max. Then go back to the level I’m on and go from there.
