3198 keeps getting stuck in an endless loop...I keep wasting boosters! If I ever do get to clear all the cakes I can't really see any clear way to get ingredients. yes, you have to leave the bottom ones until last to avoid the endless loop. It should be something they should fix though. Hope you get by it!
