Game shuts down while playing
Since the new levels came out this morning Candy Crush randomly shuts down while I am playing. When this happens I lose all of my progressive boosters (from the Space Dash). Anyone else having this problem?

My buddy challenge has either been saying LOADING or won't let me play it for the last 42 hours.
When the challenge is available it tells me that I have that my buddy and I have earned 0/1200 orange candies but when I click on it I am shown an empty treasure chest and how long until my next challenge. I don't mind waiting until it resets it 6 hours but am fairly sure it will count as a loss and set me back to level 1…

Has anyone completed level 3714 yet? I don't think it is possible.
Once the pathways are cleared, the fruit on the left side will not drop and therefore the level can't be completed. Am I missing something here?

How do I sync my Facebook account with my King account
When I try to sync my Facebook account to my King.com account it will only credit me as far as level 2825 but I am at level 3758. I have verified that my browser is compatible with the HTML 5 but don't know what to do next. An suggestions?

Candy Crush won't connect to Facebook
I am using Windows 10 and have been having that crashing issue for over a week now. Tonight I can't connect to Facebook. Are the two problems related or do we have another issue to contend with?

Candy Crush will not connect to Facebook
I am playing Candy Crush on a laptop using the Microsoft version for Windows 10 and a few days ago I was no longer able to connect to Facebook. I have had this problem before but it usually resolves itself the next time I boot up the computer. This is no longer the case. Any explanation or suggestions?

Level 3198 is impossible, any suggestions?
Once the 6 pie charts are cleared and the fruit drops to the bottom it is impossible to move them to the arrows? Has anyone managed to get through this without boosters?

Is King Care trying to repair the issue?
Multiple people have posted the same complaint regarding Candy Crush freezing up for the last 2 days yet I have seen no reply from King Care. Are you aware of the problem? Are you attempting to fix it? Do you have any information you can give your customers?

Candy Crush freezing once I begin to play
I am using a laptop to play candy crush and whenever I try to use a color bomb or wheel the game freezes. I have tried using both Chrome and Edge, with 2 different laptops and on 3 different profiles. The results are similar. The only difference is that with Chrome I get an error message while with Edge it just freezes.…
