I dont have it installed on an App - I use it via facebook. For some reason or other Windows Store doesnt work on my laptop. However I have managed to install the game using an Android Emulator (called Andy) on my Laptop, and it seems to work ok once i paired it with my FB account.

1) I cant install any MS apps on my computer for some reason or other. 2) I dont wish to install a 3rd party app on my computer. I am happy using facebook for my games. i have the app on my tablet, but asks for facebook login on startup .... this means its going on-line to play. You cannot play on a computer/laptop via the app, only facebook. Also I close the game down when finished playing so surely this should not reset anything - it should restart at the point you left it, shouldnt…

it worked till I restarted the game ... then it reverted back to day 1 on the treat calendar. ALL games are played via an on-line platform. you have to be on-line to play the game!!!

The Timer expires for day 2 on the treat calendar, so i get my reward ... all is well and good. However, when i restart the game to test it .. it reverts to day 1 and it shows the next reward in 23 hours 37 minutes etc!!!

Do you think I type in the address each time i start the game??? Of course I have it bookmarked ... it doesnt matter whether I click on the bookmark, or start typing apps.facebook/candycrush - both ways end up with the same conclusion. another issue ... if i restart the game (reload) it takes me back to when I first logged on for that day apart from the level that is correct. My Daily Win Sticker is -1 from when i last played it, then if i play another level and complete it, it thinks that its my first win of the day .... again!!! Consequently I am stuck…

I am currently level 1200+ and have been getting the daily treat regulary until recently. Now it just seems to be stuck. The Bonus wheel just gives me the same thing every day. I will see how it goes in 11 hours when I a due for the next treat?!

it seems as they dont give a fig. I have had same problem for 5 days now .... Windows 10 on facebook!
