Appreciate the response.. my ID is 4049524141. My issues are around a few of these levels that are impossible without the use of coins for extra moves.. and i use my coins earned.. sometimes buy some.... then just can't finish before I run out.. love when you have events to earn a few coins.. keeps the game fun..

Agree here.... provide options or coins to win... that drives more time on your games... just don't get your need to make levels so hard that people leave..

Mine as well... Figured that was their way to get us to spend $ on their site.. Not happening.

i actually like that idea...just remove the game from my devices... that will give me other things to pay attention to and as you stated, remove that frustration from me. I am sure there are other apps that will fill that spot...

I understand exactly.. I found plaguing was enjoyable now it is not. More and more impossible levels.. I've been in 10456 for a couple weeks.. I would agree, Candy Crush has one, time to move on for me ..

Logged out, restarted, did the hokie pokie, and still at 23 moves. Not sure what else can be done till you fix this...

Agree.. this level, 10370 is making me lose interest.. been at least a week.. No freaking chance...
