The Mighty Matchup sounds exactly like the Knockout. Could be exactly the same thing with a different name. Ideally, its Knockout done right - with real-life players.

Hi @Werner_Cichy, I think the Knockout concept is such a good idea - it's a potential game changer. But it has to be done right: real people - which means having to deal with the slow play "problem" (actually I am not the fastest player so easy there) it's likely you can have identical initial conditions for two players…

Not everyone has the knockout "feature"? Really? On both iPAD and Android I have four major "tabs" at the bottom: MAP, EVENTS, KNOCKOUT and SHOP. I was very excited at first. But not so much when I realized what was going on.

Thanks @Freddy_Falkner - what a not obvious method to find the game ID. Mine is 2244460021. After resetting my devices things started working again. So who knows what happened. You say: When you get to subtopics, you select problems with game and then rewards not received How do I get to Subtopics? I searched for subtopics…

I restarted both the iPad and the android phone and I did get a stripy and a wheel on the iPad afterwards. Ran out of attempts to get anything yet on the android phone.... hopefully its all right now as well. Weird that it happened on both devices.

This is really ticking me off! I play on both iPad and android. After posting the above complaint about my experience on the android I went back to the iPad, on which I had 5 wins. I won the 6th, and again I did not get the prize!. Something is seriously broken here. And how the F### do I get my "Game ID" or "ID number"?

I have searched for "Prizes not received after" and I do not get anything remotely related to my issue. As much as I love the Knockout event, it did not deliver do my last run. Should I keep playing? Or might someone look into this?

I find this interface confusing. I am not sure which of the two responses I am replying to. Silly question, how do I find out what my "Game ID" or "ID number" is?? So I assume you have not had any other complaints of the Knockout event not delivering on the prizes? Spinnifix - I assume you meant looking at sub-topic…

Hi, Yes, I passed the level. But I would think it is a good idea if this bug was fixed. There is obviously something to learn here. BTW, Love the game - its awesome. Thanks Charles

BTW, I have had this error on android, apple and pc. It's a bug. If you do not make special candies in the cross - then no problem.... Thanks Charles
