My Chocolate Box has been doing the same thing you mentioned for the past 6 weeks, unfortunately. It shows the timer has run out and it doesn't ever reset 😕
Yes , I did that and they replied back with different suggestions to try and I did all of them. I sent them a screenshot , same as the one above. I guess you could say that it's stuck in the same mode or something . It's really frustrating when it's been that way for such a long time now!
I tried everything that was suggested and my Chocolate Box is still empty and not working. I do have a new King account. I play the game on the Google app for my Samsung which us updated, not on Facebook. When I press the Start button the box just goes off the page!
