I am still at a roadblock. I am playing on King.com. I keep asking for help from friends, but I do not receive any response. I try to help others, but it won't let me. I still have not received an answer as to why this is happening.

Can anyone help me?

My last post was in October 2019. I still have the problem. I cannot get anyone to help me advance to the next level. It looks like I can send help to others once in a while. I can't send moves to anyone. I keep asking for help, but no one at all responds.

I have not been able to send or receive lives or any help passing a roadblock for at least 4 months now. I have tried to contact support, but all I get is an answer pertaining to Facebook, which I do not use. I am frustrated with the lack of support.

I am also using King.com. This is very frustrating. 

Exactly. We are having the same problem. I also need 3 responses to move me forward. Apparently, you are also seeing the same codes that I am.

This is where I am at this point.

I'm not really sure what Kingdom Platform is. I am at level 290 and cannot move forward.
