Hi there, I haven't seen any other messages posted here recently but please be aware if you uninstall the game and reinstall it then all lives and boosters will be gone because they are only saved to that device. I am not familiar with your device but you might want to try some of the troubleshooting on this link:…

Mine comes up with 16 moves (19 with boosters) even though the help websites show 30. Guess I will have to wait until it gets fixed. It took a lot of explosions and I had to use 10 gold bars, but I was also able to get through it in 19 moves.
