There seem to be quite a few nearly impossible levels around this point, I agree it is because they are hoping you will spend money as you’re so close to 15000. I made the decision recently to never spend a single penny more on this game - eventually it will let you get past the level, it might just take a week or two. But…

Yeah sadly I think this is the end of me playing CC. I’ve played for years and have spent money on the game, but when it comes to the point where every 5 levels or so there is yet another level which is impossible to pass without spending money then it’s time to call it a day really.

I have the same issue. I’ve tried everything suggested and cannot get my second phone / iPad to sync with my first phone.

I have exactly the same problem… my main device is saved to Apple and on level 13580, my other device is on 13041 and will not sync to the later level whatever I do (I have tried deleting the app completely from the other device, it just syncs back to 13041)

It is the most temperamental event ever. I have had to delete and reinstall the app several times as it keeps disappearing. Just remember that every time you do that it deletes any boosters you have (although if you’ve saved your progress it will remember where you are.

Well I qualified, and had the event this morning to get boosters if I get 135 stars. But it’s all vanished again now. This must be the most temperamental event ever.

Yes it came back. But it will remove all your boosters if you delete and reinstall so use them up first. So long as you are saving your progress it should remember where you are - but I have it installed on 2 devices so it didn’t feel like such a big risk to give it a try.
