Game reset, required me to re-login to King for recovery of progress. Boosters and Powerups were not restored.

How do you log into facebook and not lose your friends?
Every time I've accidentally logged into facebook, I lose all my friends and suddenly I'm the only one playing the game. Might look nice that I'm #1 on each level, but there's nobody else playing.

Popcorn balls are not being made
When you make 5 in a row, you are supposed to get a popcorn ball. This does not happen consistently. It is most frustrating to work the game to get to where you can make a popcorn ball only to not have it happen when expected. What a waste of moves! So sad. I logged in one day and was at day 39. The very next day, I'm back at 1. This means it will be over a month before I can play the game again. Also, when will King Care start treating us like people?

Keep losing my game progress.
When will the broken daily prize reset be fixed? It's been several months now and it still resets every couple of weeks, losing my progress. I miss playing my Soda!

Apparently the kings built in help system is unmanned, all it does is automail you a link to here. Awesome customer appreciation.
