Apparently the kings built in help system is unmanned, all it does is automail you a link to here. Awesome customer appreciation. There's a stuck new message in soda, it won't dismiss nor go away even though i turned off the "see your facebook friends" in the popup. Matter of fact, that's a bug in that it does not stay off hence there is always the new message!

    Hi Christina!

    I suggest you do a re-installation of the game.

    1) Make sure you have the game connected to Facebook or Kingdom (this will save your progress, highscores and gold bars) To save your boosters you'll need to do a backup of your mobile data - for instance iCloud if you have iOS. In Android Marshmallow you already have a backup feature for apps, so please use that one.

    2) Un-install the app

    3) Reboot your phone or tablet

    4) Now it's time to download the app and install it again. Find the app on Google Play and click on 'install'

    5) After the game has been installed you should now be able to start it normally.

    6) Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook (blue button) or Kingdom (orange button) in order to retrieve your game progress, highscores and gold bars. For the boosters you'll need to do a restore process in order to recreate them.

    I semi solved this already in that I deleted my connection to Facebook, and not only did the bug go away, but the leaderboard started working again. FYI: Your answer is a catch-all answer that does not solve the problem, been there, done that, I assist in another game with player assistance and 99.999% of the time, reinstalling the game does not make a bug go away, it's only through proper bug hunting that the issue goes away. That's lame dude.
