I play on my PC computer. For over a week now Pet Rescue will not open. It hangs up on the opening screen. I have tried everything and I can play Candy Crush and other games just not Pet Rescue. How do I get this fixed?

Both Candy Crush Saga and Pet Rescue freeze at loading
I am playing on my computer with Windows 10 updated to most current version. For the last 2 days both games, Candy Crush Saga and Pet Rescue, freeze at the loading screen and will not open. Don everything I can think of, restarted computer, updated browser, cleared cache. Nothing works.
