Can you help with Terms pop up?
Every time I sign in to the game, I get the Terms of Use pop up. I cannot proceed without agreeing. Then I have to turn off the music and the hints—EVERY TIME. The game then treats me like a new player, I lose all my lives from friends, etc. Why does this happen and what can I do to fix it?

Good Gold! Shiny offer doesn't work
I keep getting a pop up for Good Gold! Get this shiny offer while it lasts! But there is nothing to click on. Just some sparkly spot but nothing to click. Is anyone else seeing this?

Term and Agreement thing
When playing on my laptop, I keep starting over with the Terms and Agreement page as though I am a new player.
