I responded that I got a permission error but haven't had a response since. I already have a King account but when I tried the link, I got the permission error. Please help.

Not getting emails from Support for tickets
Hello, I have opened 2 support tickets. I haven't received emails from support for either. I checked spam - not there. I get email notifications for community responses, but not from support. Notifications are checked ON for everything in my profile.

I deactivated Facebook AND created a King.com community account - not working
