I was happy to show that our fantastic five had reached a level that gave us a hand and an hr color bomb. I accepted it and went to play and there is NO color bomb! Help!

Where click on “play” there are NO AVAILABLE BOOSTERS listed, telling u what u can use on that level

Is anyone else noticing when u add several lives, what they give u one less life than you added?
I’ve been noticing the past few days that if I run out of lives, go to my lives given by friends, and I check 4 lives to add, when I go back to the game, I only have 3 lives????!!!!!!!! Why does screen always go black on level 670 when i match double color bombs for the special order?
On level 670, when I make the requested special order of two color bombs, the match begins to clear the board of candies like it's supposed to, but about 2/3 of the way through, the screen goes black and the entire game shuts off.
