Problem with Candy Crush.

For the last 2 days I haven't been able to load Candy Crush on my laptop (Windows 7, IE11).  I either get a white screen or it will start loading and then stop.  I haven been receiving lives from my friends but every time the game doesn't load they disappear.  This is beyond frustrating!  Any advice?

I recommend checking out the King video for loading issues. I have it bookmarked and use the steps now and then when my games don't load up. I hope it works for you!
