cant get to level 46 due to when i ask for tickets it shows a box for email and not a request

check google for answers but no luck all I see is box for email and tried to use one at a time also

Hey James, have you tried to request tickets for the roadblock while playing on King.com too? You can synchronise your progress with your Facebook and play there with friends too. Try to get passed the roadblock on a mobile device too; the tickets you'll receive there will remain valid and won't just last one Facebook session.
