Same here, it's happened 5 times in a row now. Has someone reported this issue so it gets fixed??

Same thing is STILL happening. Very frustrating. I'm quitting until they fix it.

Does anyone from King monitor these questions? I can't believe it's been two weeks, with so many of us having the same bug, and they haven't even acknowledged the issue. I've lost 6 lives so far, and getting frustrated. Doesn't happen every time I play the level, it's intermittent.

I came upon this while searching for a solution to this problem we are all having with this annoying level. Someone posted they noticed if either top square on the left or right corner of the second jelly wheel was "free" from the ice, it will activate it to spin properly. I have followed this rule every time since and its worked every time. Free one of those blocks and it should continue to play on. I hope it helps you guys too. It was very frustrating. I'm on android if that helps. Good luck
