I completed level 699 twice yesterday didn't move me to level 700 after saying sugar crush why?

Candy Crush questions is above both the items needed to be completed received their check marks the words Sugar Crush popped up for a second I still had moves remaining. The screen then said I failed the level. My husband is my witness I did completed level 699 twice yesterday. LOL . I would like to play level 700 now please.

This happens to us all, I'm not sure why or what to do for it. I always make sure my tablet cache is clear (just restart it) and I'm up to date with everything to lessen the chances of it happening, ha. The only thing I can say it good luck on getting past the level again.
