My levels in candy crash soda saga are lost...what happen?

While im playing levels are gone...they put me in start over again level 1. Im purchasing a lot of money on these and just lost like that? I hope  you can help me

Are you playing on Facebook or on a mobile? If you're playing on mobile then check that your app is still connected to Facebook/Kingdom (whichever one you sync'd with) it will show on the main screen or in the settings for the app. 

If you're playing on Facebook then remove the app from your games and add it again.
