How do we know when a tech issue has been resolved?

There is a technical problem on level 217 of CandyCrush Soda Saga. It has been acknowledged but how do we get notified when it has been resolved?

This did not answer my question. Also this link doesn't work if u don't have a mobile device to play on..which I don't.
