I purchased bonuses that I have not received!

I purchased bonuses, including unlimited hours of usage and I haven't seen or been able to use the infinity amount of lives in 6 days...it said 6 hours unlimited lives...then I won 30mins unlimited lives and haven't seen that since I won it just two days ago!!! How can I find out what happen or get a refund
