Candy crush soda saga has a problem in level 503

The bottom corner will not fill with candies. The three remaining candies just keep spinning around and I cannot make another move until the candies stop, therefore, I must reload the game again and lose.  I am at a standstill until this problem is resolved.  My next move would have won the game and filled the board with jelly. Why is this happening and how do i fix this problem?
