Candy Crush Soda weekend pack, I didn't receive what I bought!

I purchased a weekend game pack and only received the gold bars. I didn't get the unlimited lives or the two each of the suckers.  I don't need a refund, I just want what i paid for.  I bought the pack around October 4th.
