What's wrong with Candy Crush Soda?

I have not been able to load Candy Crush Soda on my PC for 2 days...it loads fine on my tablet. Why does it load there and not on the PC, they're synced?  I even deleted and reloaded it and I always clear my cache and delete cookies.  I notice others also have this problem.
