not being able to collect gifts and lives from friends on iphone 6?

i have not been able to receive lives sent by my friends on my phone...i can on my tablet and my laptop no problem? i am connected to facebook...all it shows are blank faces with nothing and when i click accept it does nothing also it isn't showing the lives sent to me? anyone else having this problem??

Hi Amy333,

Do a restart on your iPhone 6 and check for updates for your iPhone 6 and all your installed apps.

Make sure you are properly connected either to your Kingdom or your Facebook account.

Be aware too that messages do not synchronize between devices.
