Soda Saga on tablet won't connect to Facebook so I can sync

What do I need to do to get Soda Saga on my Samsung Note 10.1 to sync with my FB version of it? I am ahead on the tablet (Level 417 vs Level 410 on FB) but I continually get a "FB failed to connect" error.
