If you haven't already Lisa it might be worth a shot to remove the game from your Facebook and add it again, your progres will still be there and it kind of works like a soft reset. When on the main FB page you'll see your games list on the left, find Soda and hover it and you'll see a little X pop up. Let me know if it changed the situation!
