Progress transfered to new device but not addons

I have changed my device and although my gold bars and level were transferred (through facebook connection) I have lost all my hammers (about 70) , 2 lollipop hammers, 2 switches, 1 color bomb and 1 candy bomb.  How can i get them back?

It's not possible I'm afraid Pontios. I commented here a while back:

The moderator basically said that our boosters are on our phones, so not transferable.
