Lost Lollipop Hammers

I just got a new phone and set up Candy Crush Soda Saga and I noticed all of my lollipop hammers are gone. I had over 20. I also lost all of the lives friends have sent. Not as upset about that because people will send more but I won all of those hammers during the tournament to win the crown. Can I get the hammers back?

Your boosters and lives are stored locally on your mobile. You will either have to use them from your old mobile or do a backup from your old mobile, then restore your phone data to your new phone.
