How do I contact the administrators? Have gold coins, says purchase failed, fails to pass tickets.

It says my purchase failed for coins to pass the 3 tickets to move on. However I now have 55 coins. Why can't I use these coins and why does it say my purchase failed and why can't I choose another payment option, it won't let me... I can't move on. I have to quit. And if it says my purchase failed even though I have accumluated coins... has it purchased from my account every time I clicked to purchase? If so I am overdrawn. How do I procede, I need SUPPORT>

If you check the site Susan you will see a lot of posts about this issue. It's obviously on King's radar so just be patient and Im guessing the app will be updated or the connection sorted out, whatever the issue is
