The game is not Ensync, also doesn't remember the settings, moves are very slow moving.

Hi Prudence- Have you tried some of these troubleshooting steps?

Make sure your cache is clean: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic

Check that your Java is up to date. I use the site https://www.whatismybrowser.com

After doing this, try to load the game again. If still no luck, try a different browser- I always use Chrome.
