Losing gold bars

This is the third time Ive tried to ask this question- and it keeps getting deleted. For the last month I have been charged over 75 gold bars for infinite lives I am not using or buying. I will sign into the mobile version of candy crush soda and see I have been docked gold bars and that I am currently under the infinite lives count down. I am confident no one else is using my account- the only explanation is a glitch in the app. I am at the point where I no longer want to play the game because every time I open the app I lose bars.
