Everytime someone sends me a life it goes to a white screen it a sysmbol like this ! Im getting of this sick of this lose extra lifes of this and you should give me something to replace of it.

What troubleshooting have you done?

Try clearing cache on your PC first.Restart your PC afterwards. 

Make sure you close other programs and tabs while playing. Try different browsers, although I think the best one out there is Google Chrome. 

Be aware that refreshing your screen/session on PC will make you lose your lives.
