why can't i send requests, or recieve them?

I recently changed ipads and since then i cannot sent requests to my friends. nor can i receive them.  is there any help for this.  i would hate to delete this game as i am at level 698.

Hey Kathie,

Have you checked your internet settings?

Make sure you´re properly connected to either the Kingdom or your Facebook account too. 

If you are and it still doesn´t work, then try removing both the Facebook and the game app from tablet. Clear cache, do a restart on your tablet and install them again both.
