Im stuck between shortcake shores and the next level sugarcube cave

I have made numerous friend requests...I suspect there is a glitch that is not allowing the third friend to answer my friend request to pass to the next level. Could you please fix this....I have been stuck here for weeks, constantly asking for help. Why can only 2 friends help me and the third help request never gets answered??? Either fix this please or I will stop playing, as there is no point as I am unable to continue forwards into the game. Thank you

Have you tried playing the game on King.com? https://king.com/play/candycrushsoda

I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:

1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)

2) Choose Account

3) Enter your password

4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook

5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
