Soda Crush Level 740 is not starting off with 33 moves

In all the videos and chat threads about this board, the board begins with 33 moves. The latest update has this level starting with only 24 moves which makes it impossible to complete. Can you help?!

I know that King update levels now and then so it can happen. It doesn't mean that the level is impossible. Just that it's difficult. It can be done though:

I don't get this much special opportunities to have stripped candies, bombs, etc... My games were really bad, actually. No color bombs at all; This game is completely different from the situations I'm getting in this level...
