Why won't the game advance me?

I passed level 865 seven days ago and have been at a road block, why won't the game advance me to level 866 after 3 days? 1 friend I had passed 4 days ago is already through to the next level!! I'm upset! I have been waiting a week and I thought the wait was only 72 hours? This is ridiculous! I spend money to get boosters for this game, and people are passing me after I already passed it?? Who's in charge? I want a refund for my last purchase so I can delete this stupid game.

There is no  72 hour countdown on Facebook, it's only on mobile. On Facebook you can use gold bars or ask friends, thats the 2 options available to you
