UPDATED info needed please RE: Disappearing Lives
Level 1
UPDATED info needed please. In 2014 our help group received a very detailed explanation as to why mobiles would randomly lose hundreds of lives. It made perfect since about playing "off line" but apparently that happy glitch had been corrected. Well, apparently it has not and we would like to get a current update on the life "policy" to share with our members. We get this question on a daily basis and all though we admin get it the members don't. Thank you in advance for all you do for us happy crushers: For your reference::
Hi (Removed Name),
Thanks for the email. We do understand this is upsetting.
The mailbox for extra lives and moves is working the way it should. Lives
should only be added if you need them at the point when they are sent.
Mobile users are able to store some for offline play, although there was a
glitch allowing them to store them indefinitely. We have now fixed that glitch
to make the game fairer.
Once you connect to Facebook, everything in your mailbox will automatically be
applied to your game. If you already have the maximum number of
lives at that point the extra lives will be lost.
Thank you for your understanding and we hope it won't spoil your gaming
experience.
Kind Regards,
Celine

Hi VampireCrusher,
In all of King's games you can save up to maximum 5 lives. Some players tried to bypass this by keeping messages with extra lives. These old messages with accumulated lives are stored locally on mobile devices and in case of un/re-installing, crashes, clearing cache or data overwrite, these messages will most likely get erased.
My advice is to use the system as intended; keep your lives to the maximum by sending out life request as soon as you loose one. This way you can continue playing while new lives trickles in. Once you have finished playing you can top up to the maximum 5 lives.
Also I suggest that the game is connected to both Facebook and Kingdom (orange button) - Kingdom has a large community of players and you'll receive help faster (both for lives and for road blocks)
Kind regards,
