Today I was unable to connect to Facebook, both in my iPad and my iPhone.

In the iPad I used a solution given here just to find my game in the first level! Now what? I was on level 720 with 117 gold bar and lots of other boosters... What is going on? Why can't we connect to Fabebook anymore?

Hi Lucia- Welcome to King Care. I am sorry that you have lost your progress :-( 

We have noticed that a lot of players have been experiencing a problem connecting their game back to Facebook on iOS devices. Please could you try these steps:

-Delete the Facebook app and the game app on your device again

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds to clear the cache -Turn on the device again and download the game again from App Store (but not the Facebook app)

-Open Safari and log in to the correct Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook
