Repeated request from the same friend

When playing Candy Crush Soda on my iPad Mini, I repeatedly get requests to send a life to the same friend even after just sending them one. In addition I seldom get requests from any other friends. How can I fix this or at least unfriend the person.

I think people can send multiple requests but if you send a life they can only receive one a day from you. 

If the player is on your Facebook then you can delete or block them there. If they are a Kingdom friend then there isn't anything you can do I don't think.

I have stopped sending the person lives or any requests and yet I still get life requests from then and they don't go away. Even when I did send them a life the request did not go away.
