She was on level 200-something, and it reset her back to one. I've tried all the fix-it's the other questions have said to, and none of them have worked. Please, help.

I can assist your mother in getting her game progress back in Candy Crush Soda Saga.
Please notice that we require direct contact in order to verify ownership of a player account. This can be solved by letting your mother log into King Care and post a request to have her levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact with her and solve the issue.
