My mom was on level 705 and i tried to connect it with facebook and now she is on level 1 how to get back. Would be great if u can help

I can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Soda Saga.

Please notice that we require direct contact in order to verify ownership of a player account. This can be solved by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact and solve the issue.
