I'm back at level 1 after being up over 400

I switched to a new phone and now I'm back at the beginning.  I try connecting to FB and it says I'm connected, but my profile picture is gone and I don't see any of my friends anymore.  I submitted this question a couple of days ago through the app and received a ticket ID: 3044310, but I haven't received an answer.  I'd like to get back up where I was and be able to see my friends again as well.

I clicked on the envelope in the game where I get messages and there was nothing there.  Am I in the wrong place?
