Lost gold, bonuses and progress...

Hello! I had to uninstall and reinstall the game today and even though I was taken back to the level I was on, I was not given back my bubble gum challenge, my gold or my board starters. I also lost my daily progress. I have some of the pictures for proof as well. Thank you in advance for assistance! I love all versions of Candy Crush! Keep up the great work!
