progress lost after connectng to facebook

I have lost all my progress in Candy Crush Soda

I connected to Facebook and have lost all my progress  and gone back to level 1.it's been 3 days I've been complaining about this, and I've gotten no reply yet..I've worked so hard to get to where I was so plz help me stop this heart ache I'm feeling and restore my progress please. Please do something please.
