I have partially lost my progress in Candy Crush Soda Saga.

I have received an e-mail from Candy Crush Soda Saga Customer Care with a ticket number and I have not received any answer nor an alternative to solve my problem. Yesterday, I was on the 96 level and decided to save my progress by linking my account with facebook, but by doing so the game got frozen and closed. As I opened it again, I was on level 45. 

I hope to receive the solution for my problem as soon as possible.
