It's been over a week and I can't play candy crush saga it's stuck at 100 percent loaded.

I've tried everything suggested on the FAQs and on the various answers to same type of reported issues. Ever since the windows anniversary update first it was Farmville 2, now this game. Are any patches being worked on? yes I've tried different browsers too. I play via facebook, have a asus laptop amd A8 quad core x4 with 8 g memory is that enough info? thanks

I suggest you try the following steps:
1) Try emptying the browser cache - please see this page: http://www.refreshyourcache.com/
2) Try the game in another browser - for instance Google Chrome or Firefox
3) Make sure you have other tabs closed
4) Make sure you have Adobe Flash player updated: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Also I suggest you try the game on King.com. I've never had any issues after switching so it might work for you as well.
I saw on another thread a step by step instruction on how to transfer your game progress to King.com:
1) Go to King.com and login then click on settings (cog wheel, top right corner of screen)
2) Choose Account
3) Enter your password
4) Click on Synchronizing/ Connect to Facebook
5) Click on the two arrows to initiate the sync

Once done your progress is synchronized and you should now be able to play and progress without any issues.
